About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing our repeat, referral and conquest customer loyalty, through a leading internet sales approach and attitude. You will use your sales background and comprehensive customer knowledge to create a leading Internet/Lead handling strategy in order to grow the internet sales volume and profits.
Responsibilities (But not limited to):
- Match customers with their New or Used vehicle needs
- Handle internet sales leads, following up and assisting with closing sales on leads you've created.
- Liaise with your management team to achieve industry leading results, and create further best practices/SOP's
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to further grow and promote our large inventory and brand.
- Ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed by the Internet Sales team.
- Assists in training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the Internet Sales team.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written skills
- 3 years' automotive sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Creative and analytical in their approach to sales.
- Highly professional and focus on integrity in sales.
Requirements:
- Class 5 AB driver's License
- Clean and current driver's abstract
- AMVIC Licensed
- Experience in online sales or marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related industry (Automotive)
