About the role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner in driving data-informed decisions that fuel innovation and scalable growth. Youll develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate infrastructure investments and strategic initiatives, while providing deep analysis of financial results and operational KPIs. Your work will directly support executive leadership through high-impact reporting, forecasting, and business case development. What you'll be doing:

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business cases.
• Analyze financial results and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations to support decision-making
• Support full-cycle budgeting processes and rolling monthly forecasts
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis related to M&A activities
• Manage and deliver weekly and monthly internal financial reports
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on company-wide key metrics
• Support the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Assist in preparing quarterly board packages and presentation materials
• Collaborate on special projects to improve financial operations and insights
• Work closely with leadership across departments to support financial planning and execution

Your skills & experience:

• A degree in Business Administration or Finance
• CPA designation (or near completion); IBanking or PE experience considered equivalent
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Advanced skillsets in Excel; proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting large datasets
• Hands-on experience utilizing and maintaining accounting systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Experience working in SMB and/or high-growth tech environments
• Excellent communication and analysis of information are critical characteristics
• Willingness to adapt schedule to support timely completion of high-priority projects
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
