Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate individual or department, while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Answer customer inquiries both in person and via telephone & appropriately direct telephone calls
Provide administrative support on various projects
Receive customer payments via cash or card transactions, and record payments accordingly
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to exceed customer expectations and build customer loyalty
Various Account Receivable & Accounts Payable related items
Basic accounting tasks may be required
Filing & various clerical responsibilities
Other duties as assigned by management
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
We are committed to our employee's continuous learning and development and as such, training is provided through orientation, self-assessments, coaching sessions and demonstrations with managers.
The Ideal Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
The ability to be assertive as required in order to ensure adherence to schedules and timelines
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and comfort researching and gathering information from various sources
Customer focused individual
Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
Proficient with computers
Prior administrative experience, working with the public and balancing a till
Ability to manage and balance daily cash reconciliation
Basic bookkeeping tasks may be required
