Customer Support Representative – Full Time | Office Near Toronto Pearson Airport

We are a rapidly expanding company located near Toronto Pearson Airport and are currently seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with management potential for high-performing individuals. (This is not a remote position)

About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in representing our clients' brands, building positive customer relationships, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and support client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Address questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information

  • Process customer orders and ensure client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and accounting

  • Stay informed on product updates and client offerings

  • Schedule and follow up on appointments, calls, and meetings

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities

  • Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented

  • Able to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks

  • Experience in customer service is an asset, but not required

  • Must be 18 years of age to apply
