Our Maintenance and Modifications Team plays a key role in keeping this fleet operational and future-readyperforming everything from minor avionics upgrades to full structural and systems integrations that redefine aircraft capabilities.

This is a practical, multidisciplinary, and mission-driven environment, where collaboration and hands-on problem-solving are central to every project.

Your Role:

As a Mechanical and Structural Design Engineer, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, supporting innovative modification projects across a wide range of aircraft.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing airframe components and systems integrations for unique aircraft modification projects.
  • Creating detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and layout designs using SolidWorks.
  • Performing structural stress analysis using both classical hand calculations and Finite Element Methods (FEM).
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team, participating in design reviews, and contributing to certification and compliance documentation.

Your Profile:

We are hiring at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels. The ideal candidate is:

  • Energetic, motivated, and a natural team player.
  • A self-starter with a hands-on mindset and strong initiative.
  • A student or graduate of Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Willing and able to work on-site in London, Ontario, for hands-on engagement with aircraft and systems.

Additional assets include:

  • Familiarity with Part 21J design organizations, including certification planning and compliance.
  • Experience or interest in flight test, instrumentation, simulators, or programming.
  • Pilot experience is a bonus.
