About the Role:
North Western Property Maintenance is seeking a Shop Helper / Yard Coordinator to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard environment. This role supports the operations team by ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and holds a high standard for cleanliness and order.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and maintain all shop and yard areas
  
• Organize tools, ladders, and materials to standard
  
• Operate forklift and F350 truck as required
  
• Restock cleaning stations and work areas
  
• Support new hire onboarding setup and daily checklists
  
• Follow NWPMs 3S system: Sort, Sweep, Standardize
  

Requirements:

• Valid BC drivers license and access to a personal vehicle
  
• Experience operating a forklift
  
• Experience driving an F350 or similar vehicle
  
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit
  
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments year-round
