Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large IT projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adjusting the approach to fit project needs.

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and delivering results on time and within budget.

• Evaluate and propose new IT strategies and technologies that will enhance project execution.

• Monitor progress, ensuring milestones are met and project costs stay within scope.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, tracking key deliverables and providing regular status updates.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project flow.

• Leverage your creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions to complex issues.

• Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and lead projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT, project management, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on solving problems creatively.
