Okotoks Nissan is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our dynamic Sales Department! Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time role plays a vital part in the presentation, organization, and overall appearance of our vehicle inventory and lot.

Compensation: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all new vehicle deliveries for damage and accuracy of accessories listed on the invoice
• Park and organize vehicles on the lot in a clean, orderly manner
• Maintain vehicle presentation, including washing, snow/debris removal, and general cleanliness of the lot
• Store and manage keys, manuals, and fobs appropriately
• Re-park vehicles after sales to maximize lot space
• Perform general upkeep of the lot and surrounding areas, including mowing, garbage collection, and snow shoveling
• Assist with vehicle pick-ups, dealer trades, and out-of-town trips—may involve trailering vehicles
• Complete errands such as registry runs and other dealership-related tasks
• Support the Sales Department with additional duties as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• A “jack-of-all-trades” skillset is a strong asset
• High attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
