Key Responsibilities-
Quality Assurance
Manage CPCQA-certified plant quality program.
Ensure compliance with PCI, CSA, ACI, ASTM standards and local codes.
Review and approve shop drawings and fabrication details.
Conduct site visits and resolve field issues.
Design & Analysis
Create precast concrete designs with full structural analysis.
Develop concrete mix designs focused on cost and quality.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures for detailed drawings.
Optimize for manufacturability, transportation, and erection.
Documentation
Produce technical reports, submittals, and structural calculations.
Maintain revision logs and project correspondence.
Project Coordination.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
Align design with production capabilities and timelines.
Attend project meetings and provide design expertise.
Innovation
Stay up to date with precast trends and technologies
Recommend improvements to design and production workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
3-5+ years in precast or structural engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, ETABS, or RISA).
Expertise in CAD and BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
Familiarity with precast-specific software (IMPACT, Precast Computing).
PE License (preferred or achievable within 1 year).
Strong communication and project management skills.
