Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. (MFC) is a subsidiary of FUTU Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: FUTU), a global leader in online brokerage and wealth management solutions. Moomoo is one of the most trusted and innovative retail trading platforms, serving over 24 million active users worldwide. We offer an advanced, user-friendly trading platform for do-it-yourself traders, empowering them to take control of their financial futures.

Having launched in Canada just over a year ago, MFC has experienced significant growth and success. Based in Toronto, with convenient access to the city's Line 1 TTC subway, our new office boasts bright, open spaces and spectacular views of the city. As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a dynamic Investment Representative.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Investment Representative to join our growing Canadian team. This role is pivotal — you'll support our retail, active trader, and high-net-worth clients through trade support, proactive retention, and expert service delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand the markets, and have a passion for client success — this is your moment.

This role reports directly to the Vice President, Customer Success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Client Success: Provide frontline support for client trades, account inquiries, and platform navigation across multiple asset classes.
  • Client Retention & Relationship Building: Identify clients at risk of attrition and engage with strategic retention efforts to re-ignite their experience with Moomoo.
  • Resolve with Impact: Tackle client complaints with a solution-oriented mindset while ensuring compliance with CIRO standards.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to elevate client experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on market developments to provide clients with relevant insights and context for their trading decisions.
  • Communication Excellence: Use tools like Feishu, BBM, and Excel to document, analyze, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Be Adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Certifications: CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook) — both required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in financial services, preferably within a brokerage setting.
  • Skills & Strengths:
    • Strong understanding of capital markets, trading strategies, and investment products.
    • Exceptional communicator with fluency in English; French is an asset.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with internal communication platforms like Feishu and BBM.
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving under pressure.
    • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Deep understanding of compliance and risk management within Canadian investment regulations.
