The Opportunity

VistaVu is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations Manager to join our Sales Team. The Revenue Operations Manager is the executional leader behind our go-to-market engine. Reporting to the CRO, this role is responsible for the coordination, process rigor, and system enablement that power scalable, repeatable revenue growth. They manage the sales infrastructure, facilitate pipeline meetings, enforce deal process governance, align Pre-Sales engagement, and deploy AI tools to automate manual tasks. They ensure that Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance are operating in lockstep.

What will you be doing?

  • Facilitate weekly pipeline execution meetings
  • Enforce deal process governance.
  • Coordinate Pre-Sales engagement and resource allocation.
  • Own CRM and sales infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
  • Drive AI automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) to reduce manual effort.
  • Own renewal execution
  • Own Gainsight / Staircase AI adoption.
  • Coordination of VV SharePoint infrastructure for Sales team
  • Execution of onboarding for new team members
  • Oversight of sales administration support functions
  • Compliance with SAP partner sell authorization requirements
  • Manage SOW reviews, commission processing, and demo series for existing customers.

What experience do you need?

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing CRM systems and sales infrastructure.
  • Background in coordinating Pre-Sales and Customer Success functions.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation in sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and AI tools.
  • Skilled with data governance, forecasting, and renewal pipeline management.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings and enforce accountability.
  • Strategic thinker with a process-oriented mindset.
