Primary Job Title: Project Control Officer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Shift/Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – core business hours

Responsibilities:

• Project Control Officer ensures the execution of project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects.

• Assist in maintaining project schedules and repositories.

• Develop and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, and presentation documentation.

• Consolidate and develop program status reports.

• Provide financial management and analytical support to project managers on a Tier 1 initiative.

• Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, TS Finance, program PMO, and external partners.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and actuals; support capitalization and amortization tracking.

• Manage financial status meetings, invoice processing, and updates to financial tracking tools (e.g., EPM, Carpe Diem).

• Track and report on resource utilization.

• Coordinate internal communication among stakeholders regarding program and organizational issues.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• MS Project experience for creating and maintaining project plans

• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Experience maintaining a centralized repository of project plans, reports, and documentation

• Reporting experience

• Strong communication skills

Must-Have Tools/Experience:

1. Jira

2. Confluence

3. Power BI

4. ServiceNow

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior Agile experience

• Experience in IT or financial institutions

Experience:

• 3 to 5+ years in project coordination, project control, or related roles
