This is not a traditional engineering role. You'll be a technical and product leader, responsible for building scalable, performant systems from the ground up—both front-end and back-end—while helping shape the product vision. Your mission: guide a product from R&D into market-ready form and drive consistent month-over-month (MoM) revenue growth.

You'll work closely with product stakeholders, designers, engineers, and business teams to iterate quickly, validate assumptions, and bring high-impact features to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical stack—front-end (React, TypeScript), back-end (Node.js, Python, or equivalent), APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and deployment pipelines.
  

• Design, build, and iterate on features that directly impact user experience and revenue generation.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and translate them into technical deliverables.
  

• Take a data-driven approach to identify bottlenecks, test ideas, and optimize the product for scale and monetization.
  

• Participate in early product planning and drive experimentation that informs product-market fit.
  

• Balance scrappiness with engineering rigor to ship MVPs quickly without compromising long-term architecture.
  

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and at least one back-end language (Node.js, Python, etc.).
  

• Experience designing scalable systems, integrating APIs, and working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and drive clarity through technical and product insights.
  

• Experience working on 0-to-1 products or products in early R&D phases.
  

• Comfortable owning features end-to-end—from concept to deployment and iteration.
  

• Product-oriented mindset: you care as much about "why" as you do about "how."

• Experience in e-commerce, search, or AI-based applications

• Excellent communication skills and proven success working cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data analytics, A/B testing, and instrumentation for growth.
  

• Previous startup or founder experience is a strong plus.
