Park Paving Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company with over 50 years of experience in road construction. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Asphalt Plant Groundperson to join our team for the 2025 construction season. As an Asphalt Plant Groundperson, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of the asphalt plant.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the maintenance and repair of asphalt plant equipment and machinery
• Monitoring and inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Performing general labor tasks, including material handling and clean-up
• Assisting with asphalt production and quality control
• Operating equipment, such as man lift and loader, as needed

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Pay Scale: Starting wage $20+ depending on experience
