Job Summary

Technicians will assist with various aspects of seed quality analysis, contributing to the development of the company's canola pipeline. Job Description

• Participate in receiving, sorting, cleaning and scanning seed samples
• Packing or loading of seed samples for quality analysis
• Organization of seed inventory and supplies
• Following company safety rules and standard operating procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills Required

• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to concentrate for sustained periods.
• Quick learner with initiative to work autonomously.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Requirements

• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends.
• Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:00am-6:30pm on weekdays, and 8:00am-4:30pm on weekends.
• Adherence to safety standards and operating procedures.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $15.00 to $22.86 per hour based on qualifications.
