Our client, a leader in sustainable and large-scale ranching operations, is seeking a highly motivated Ranch Manager or Working Couple to oversee a significant cow/calf and backgrounding operation of approximately 1,000 head in the picturesque and semi-remote region of Central British Columbia.

What You'll DoLead the day-to-day management of a dynamic and diverse ranching operation, including:
Overseeing herd health, calving, nutrition, and overall animal welfare
Coordinating grazing rotations, range riding, fencing, irrigation, and forage production
Supervising and mentoring ranch crews with strong leadership and communication
Managing feed production, farming operations, and ranch equipment upkeep
Handling basic administrative duties and ensuring regulatory compliance
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on ranch management or ranch hand experience
Strong skills in animal husbandry, feed planning, irrigation, and ranch operations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage logistics, and solve problems proactively
Mechanically inclined and able to maintain ranch equipment and infrastructure
Willing to live on-site or relocate to a semi-remote ranching location in BC
