Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales reps in the field

• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support

• Track performance and help the team meet daily and weekly goals

• Ensure quality customer interactions and brand representation

• Coordinate with management on campaign updates and team needs

✅ What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of sales experience (leadership experience is a plus)

• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills

• Willingness to work in outdoor residential (door-to-door) campaigns

• Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance culture

• Must be able to commute to Edmonton, AB

• A valid driver's license is an asset
