We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead a growing field team focused on direct (door-to-door) sales. Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring your team, and ensuring performance targets are met across multiple residential campaigns. Your experience in door-to-door sales will be key in guiding your reps and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of direct sales representatives
Provide hands-on coaching in the field (door-to-door sales required)
Monitor performance metrics and drive individual and team targets
Organize and lead daily meetings, training sessions, and team activities
Collaborate with upper management to align sales strategy with company goals
Ensure professional and consistent brand representation in the field
What You Bring:
Minimum 1–2 years of door-to-door sales experience
Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A goal-driven mindset with the ability to manage under pressure
Must be able to commute daily to Edmonton, AB
Driver's license and access to a vehicle are strong assets
