About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team at Longboard Architectural Products. As the first point of contact for many of our clients and prospects, you will play an essential role in ensuring that every interaction with Longboard is positive, efficient, and professional. Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and organizational skills will directly contribute to client satisfaction and the success of our Sales team.
What You Will Do- Serve as the primary responder for all inbound phone calls, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Respond to online chat inquiries and route leads to appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor and respond to messages submitted via our info email system.
- Support the Sales Team in uncovering and capturing new business opportunities.
- Actively seek to understand client needs and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and qualify incoming leads, identifying high-potential prospects.
- Accurately enter and maintain lead and contact data in our CRM (Nutshell).
- Participate in monthly inside sales team meetings to align with company goals and product updates.
You are someone who puts people first and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service, are naturally curious, and enjoy learning new systems and processes. You bring a balance of empathy, precision, and professionalism to your communication and interactions.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or inside sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in managing phone calls and online conversations.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Nutshell is a plus).
- Familiarity with email ticketing systems (Zendesk is an asset).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- A proactive, positive mindset with a passion for client service.
- Salary Range: $52,000.00 to $58,000.00 CAD (depending on experience).
