What you'll do:

  • Lead and support our front desk and lot team to keep things running smoothly
  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate schedules
  • Manage vehicle inventory input and records (new & used)
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Tackle various admin tasks and daily priorities with confidence

What you bring:

  • 2–3 years in admin or leadership roles (automotive experience a plus)
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills – CDK, Deskit & Excel are a bonus
