What you'll do:
- Lead and support our front desk and lot team to keep things running smoothly
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate schedules
- Manage vehicle inventory input and records (new & used)
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Tackle various admin tasks and daily priorities with confidence
What you bring:
- 2–3 years in admin or leadership roles (automotive experience a plus)
- A positive, proactive attitude with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills – CDK, Deskit & Excel are a bonus
