Do you thrive in a detail-driven, fast-paced environment where real estate and legal coordination meet? Were looking for a Real Estate & Leasing Administrator to support lease management, legal documentation, and cross-functional communication across our real estate portfolio. This is a key role for someone with a strong administrative background in real estate, legal coordination, or property management, and a knack for getting the details right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate lease-related documents, including offers, renewals, abstracts, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including tenants and legal counsel.
  • Support lease assignments, credit checks, and agreements of purchase and sale (APS).
  • Review due diligence materials and coordinate Estoppel Certificates.
  • Maintain and organize real estate and legal records both digital and physical.
  • Assist with executive scheduling and administrative support.
  • Manage vacation property communications for senior leadership.
  • Support project and task tracking using tools like Click-Up.
  • Provide backup support to the Listing and Marketing Administrator as needed.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience

  • College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 23 years in a real estate, legal, or property management administrative role.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of lease administration and legal documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with legal/real estate terminology and document management best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Click-Up, Yardi, or WebForms is considered an asset.

Other Requirements

  • Must be comfortable handling confidential and financial information.
  • Access to a vehicle for occasional legal document delivery.
