This is a high-volume role with exposure to over 100 entities and a wide variety of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities (100+ companies)
Oversee and review full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting
Maintain accounting records and systems with attention to detail
Support the leadership team with financial insights and recommendations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with direct experience in the construction industry
Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a traditional, fast-paced office setting
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
