Our client is a well-established company in the construction industry. Known for their long-standing track record, they are looking for a dedicated Accounting Manager to join their in-office team full time. This is a high-volume role with exposure to over 100 entities and a wide variety of transactions.

The ideal candidate brings a background in construction accounting and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and a future within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities (100+ companies)

  • Oversee and review full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting

  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting

  • Maintain accounting records and systems with attention to detail

  • Support the leadership team with financial insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with direct experience in the construction industry

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a traditional, fast-paced office setting

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
