Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Asset Manager

Job Summary: Birchwood is seeking an Inventory Advisor to join their Used Vehicle Services. The Inventory Advisor is responsible for supporting Birchwood's dealerships with the appraisal and acquisition of used vehicles. This role is responsible for actively making decisions regarding pricing, reconditioning, merchandising, and disposal of the used vehicle inventory. The Inventory Advisor develops a process and strategy to maximize ROI.

• A valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation to work is required
