About the Role

As an Event Catering Supervisor, you'll be the onsite point of contact ensuring smooth, professional execution of each event. You'll lead teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold our standard of service that keeps our clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support event staff teams of 2–20+ people

  • Load and unload catering trucks safely and efficiently

  • Oversee event setup and teardown (tables, service stations, décor, etc.)

  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and venue staff

  • Solve problems on the fly and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Represent the Seventh Heaven brand with professionalism and polish

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in event catering or hospitality leadership

  • Able to work in a variety of settings - from private homes to major venues

  • Strong, reliable, and physically able to lift and carry event equipment

  • Comfortable with independent decision-making and team leadership

  • Flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Valid G driver's license and catering truck experience is a strong asset
