We`re looking for a Manager of Creators Partnerships from Canada or the USA. As a Creator Partnerships Manager you will oversee a critical team - the Creator Partnerships Team - to ensure the success and satisfaction of our diverse community of creators.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a public-facing representative of the Creator Partnerships team at events, conferences, and in meetings with creators and partners.
  • Support the Acquisitions team in developing marketing strategies to attract high-value creators aligned with our brand.
  • Lead community-building efforts, ensuring a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of content and tutorials that showcase creators, support onboarding, and highlight platform tools.
  • Manage relationships with studios, agencies, and production partners to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Plan and execute events and campaigns to attract and engage creators both online and in-person.
  • Expand our presence in external communities and forums, driving awareness and new sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features based on creator feedback and needs.
  • Partner with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and boost platform visibility.
  • Be open and available for international travel as needed for events and relationship-building.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in community management, influencer relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online content creation.
  • Comfortable learning and explaining the functionality of new digital tools and features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and drive results.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work across a multifunctional team as well as independently.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
