ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Designer at Concorde Group, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative and engaging visual designs across our diverse portfolio of brands. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create

  • Lead the creation of design projects, from concept to execution, across digital, print, and experiential mediums.
  • Conceptualize and execute original creative ideas for new brands, logos, menus, signage, digital ads, websites, packaging, events and more.
  • Develop and maintain brand identities for multiple Concorde brands, ensuring consistency and innovation.

Coordinate

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operational teams to conceptualize and deliver cohesive campaigns and materials.
  • Effectively communicate, present, and “sell” design ideas and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate printing and procurement of production items as required by venues.
  • Liaise with operations managers, leadership teams, and various stakeholders as required.

Support

  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members, fostering growth, collaboration, and ensuring high quality work.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
  • Manage timelines and day-to-day tasks to ensure successful completion of assignments in an efficient manner.
  • Regularly seek feedback from team members and others on designs and ideas; provide team members with constructive feedback on their designs as well.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required; Proficiency in other design software, such as Figma and Blender is an asset but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptability in shifting priorities as needed, with the ability to think and plan strategically and conceptually.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Experience in web development and custom coding (CSS, HTML, plug-ins) is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere) is an asset but not required.
