Help power a smarter future.

At Cam Tran, we don't just manufacture transformers — we deliver reliable energy solutions across Canada. As we continue to grow, so does the complexity of our systems. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Manufacturing ERP Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations. You'll play a key role in optimizing our current ERP system (IndustriOS), supporting cross-functional users, and laying the groundwork for future system modernization initiatives.

If you're part tech problem-solver, part process optimizer — and ready to grow with a company where your voice matters — let's talk.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Configure, support, and enhance the IndustriOS ERP system to meet evolving business needs
  • Lead or support ERP upgrades, integration projects, and future transition planning
  • Provide frontline user support and training for ERP-related tools and workflows
  • Collaborate across departments (manufacturing, finance, IT, supply chain) to align system capabilities with business objectives
  • Maintain clean ERP documentation, including workflows, configurations, and customizations
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and accuracy within the ERP environment
  • Assist with foundational IT support, including:
    • Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
    • Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
    • Cloud tools (Office 365, Azure, EDI platforms)
    • Device support (printers, barcode scanners)
  • Participate in testing, patching, backups, and disaster recovery efforts
What You Bring
  • 2–5 years of ERP support experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of MRP, EDI, ASN workflows
  • Comfortable writing queries (e.g., Pervasive SQL, MS-SQL) and using reporting tools (e.g., Bartender, Crystal Reports)
  • Foundational IT knowledge (LAN/WAN, desktop support, cloud platforms, virtualization)
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation habits
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Education & Certifications
  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field
  • Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Azure Fundamentals, or VMware Associate are assets but not required
Why Join Cam Tran
  • Competitive compensation
  • RRSP matching program
  • Monthly profit-sharing bonus
  • L.E.A.R.N. development program
  • A collaborative, safety-first workplace
  • Opportunities to work on impactful, cross-functional projects

Cam Tran welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
