As Application Support Analyst – Business & Clinical Systems, you'll take a leading role in driving the success of platforms that power everything from scheduling and electronic signatures to CRM workflows and clinical imaging systems.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to expert for everyday application support across platforms including HubSpot (CRM), Formstack (forms automation), Shiftboard (scheduling), and DocuSign (e-signatures).
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new healthcare and administrative systems—such as a new PACS platform for imaging and Dragon dictation software—ensuring teams are trained, confident, and equipped for success.
- Drive improvements: Find ways to streamline processes, automate where it counts, and elevate user experiences through smart configurations and support.
- Enable our people: Develop easy-to-follow documentation and deliver targeted training to empower users across the network.
- Support our EMR ecosystem: Collaborate closely with the Product Manager – EMR to assist in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user access for GE Opera, HST Pathways, Juvonno, and Input Health.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, vendors, and clinical teams to align applications with real-world operational needs.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Information Technology, Business Systems—or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in an application support or systems analyst role, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Hands-on experience with business platforms like CRMs, form automation, scheduling tools, and e-signature software.
- Curious, collaborative, and confident navigating both administrative and clinical user environments.
- Experience with PACS or dictation systems is an asset, but a passion for technology and learning is even more valuable.
- Skilled communicator with a talent for translating tech into human-speak.
- Thrives in a remote or hybrid work setting—self-motivated and driven.
