What Youll Do:
- Greet members and visitors with enthusiasm; determine the nature of their business and direct them appropriately.
- Monitor branch traffic flow and actively approach members to assess needs.
- Assist members with issues related to ATM use, mobile banking, online banking, and other electronic services.
- Promote self-service technologies such as ATMs, E-Statements, Direct Deposit, and the credit unions mobile app; provide in-branch training and demos.
- Perform front-line banking duties including processing financial transactions, wire transfers, and balancing daily cash.
- Maintain control of debit card inventory; issue and activate debit and replacement cards.
- Support general office administration: mail and courier handling, filing, distributing reports, preparing member correspondence, and non-cash related postings.
What You Have:
Required Education and Experience
- Completion of a certificate or diploma in Business or Office Administration, minimum two years experience in customer service or sales in the financial services industry; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Skills and Abilities
- Member Service Orientation: Demonstrates a proactive and friendly approach to engaging with members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and convey information clearly.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using and demonstrating digital platforms and tools such as ATMs, mobile banking, online banking systems, and general office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills: Effectively manages multiple tasks, maintains accurate records, and ensures timely completion of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Maintains a flexible and positive attitude in response to changing priorities, procedures, and member needs.

- Salary range for this position: $45,100 - $50,090.
