Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage or support commercial real estate and land development transactions
- Collaborate with lawyers and legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of files
- Draft and manage legal documentation throughout various stages of a transaction
- Maintain organized records and proactively manage deadlines
- Occasionally assist with residential real estate matters (an asset but not required)
What You Bring:
- A Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized Ontario program
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
- Proven ability to work on complex real estate and land development deals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Residential real estate experience is a plus
