Title: Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk
Status: Full-Time ( in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week)

You'll have the opportunity to manage complex and high-value real estate transactions with the support of a collaborative legal team. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage or support commercial real estate and land development transactions
• Collaborate with lawyers and legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of files
• Draft and manage legal documentation throughout various stages of a transaction
• Maintain organized records and proactively manage deadlines
• Occasionally assist with residential real estate matters (an asset but not required)

What You Bring:

• A Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized Ontario program
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
• Proven ability to work on complex real estate and land development deals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Residential real estate experience is a plus
