We're Hiring: Engineering Technologist

Chilliwack, BC | Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with engineers and plant assemblers to manage design changes on the manufacturing line

• Build prototypes to spec and provide feedback to the design team

• Test and validate new designs against predetermined test plans

• Develop, optimize, and document new assembly processes

• Rapidly source and integrate product alternatives into the production line

What You Bring:

• Possess strong hands-on skills with hand tools, mechanical assembly and electrical experience with 12VDC and 120VAC systems.

• Solar and Battery experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with tools (woodworking & electrical); CNC router experience is a plus

• Proficiency in CAD design tools (Onshape, SolidWorks)

• Experience with ERP systems, Business Central, and BOM management

• Strong knowledge of ASME Y14 engineering drawing standards

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a shop-floor setting
