We are currently looking for a Donations Administrator at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.

It takes a team to make a difference in people's lives. When it comes to STARS' life-saving mission, it also takes individuals, communities, industry and governments. As a member of our Foundation team, you play a critical role in the Foundation office in providing the backend administrative needs, allowing the front line team to represent the organization as ambassadors and foster relationships with our allies. Key Responsibilities:

• Open and sort incoming donations
• High volume data entry
• Scan documents into a document imaging system
• Prepare calculations for deposits
• Responsible for all gift entry across the organization utilizing Raiser's Edge database

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years high volume data entry experience and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Word and Outlook
• Raiser's Edge and/or related database experience an asset
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy
• Customer service oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
