Were hiring Guest Services Agents to be part of the team that welcomes guests and helps shape their overall experience. This is more than a front desk role. Guest Services supports nearly every stage of a guests stay and works closely with all departments to help ensure things run smoothly from check-in to check-out.

This posting outlines the core responsibilities of the role. Team members may occasionally be asked to step outside their core responsibilities to support day-to-day resort operations. A flexible, can-do attitude is key.

Guest Services operates 24/7, so were hiring for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Additional qualifications:
Strong English language skills are essential. Additional languages are a wonderful asset. Education or experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued and considered a strong asset.
