Are you a motivated self-starter with a background in recruitment or healthcare staffing? Do you have the drive to build something of your own and thrive in a high-performance, commission-based environment?

Curaga Inc. is expanding its Talent Solutions division, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to launch and grow new staffing markets across Ontario.

About the Role

As our BDR Talent Solutions, youll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing new staffing clients (e.g. long-term care homes, clinics, hospitals)
  • Presenting our healthcare staffing solutions with confidence
  • Building strong relationships and collaborating with our recruitment team to fulfill job orders
  • Owning your territory and developing a sustainable book of business

This is a full-commission position with uncapped earning potential and a 3-month review. Top performers may be offered a promotion to Senior BDR, accompanied by a base salary and acommission structure.

What Youll Do

  • Prospect and close new staffing clients across healthcare sectors
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with internal recruiters to support client fulfillment
  • Track sales activity and client progress using internal CRM tools
  • Submit weekly forecasting and hit monthly profit benchmarks

Compensation

  • Full Commission Only
    • 20% of net profit from new clients (first 30 days)
    • 10% residual commission (Months 24)
  • Performance Bonuses
    • $250 new client activation bonus
    • $500+ monthly profit achievement bonus
  • Promotion Opportunity
    • After three months, top performers may be accelerated to Senior BDR with a base salary pluscommission.

What Were Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales tracking
  • Knowledge of Ontarios healthcare system and staffing landscape is an asset
  • Must reside in Ontario
