Your future team:

You will become part of the Customer Service Management Team and will be reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager in North America. The team consists of 25 members.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Planned Availability Analyst to manage and enforce customer order compliance within our planned availability model. In this role, you will collaborate with supply chain, sales, and finance teams to ensure fair product distribution, maintain accurate availability records, and support efficient order management in a manufacturing environment. You will support the Customer Engagement Manager in activities related to customers, utilizing feedback to improve customer satisfaction, incorporating data driven decisions.

  • Monitor and enforce customer compliance with planned order quantities, collaborating with internal teams to align strategies.
  • Create and update availability files to ensure accurate tracking of product distribution.
  • Generate reports to highlight compliance, performance, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with supply chain, production, sales, and finance teams to address availability constraints and meet organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planned availability processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support in process improvements with the goal of elevating customer satisfaction, building joint strategies between ROCKWOOL and our customers.
  • Act as a lead in Customer Service projects.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or order management within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with planned availability models.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of financial principles in supply chain management.
  • Ability to engage with internal and external customers, maintaining strong relationships with a customer- centric mindset.
