Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our exclusive lounge and rooftop amenity space. This role is central to delivering a high-end experience for office tenants and guests, ensuring the space is always inviting, functional, and ready for meetings, events, and community gatherings. The concierge will coordinate facility operations, support event planning, and play a key role in tenant engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in hospitality or event coordination and will thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors are essential. Experience with social media marketing and a keen eye for creating memorable experiences will set you apart from the crowd.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Concierge
Greet tenants and guests, provide tours, and answer questions about the space and its amenities.
Act as the main point of contact for tenant feedback, suggestions, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
Serve refreshments and maintain a clean, inviting environment.
Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Facility Operations
Open and prepare the lounge and patio each morning.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
Restock supplies and coordinate minor maintenance as needed.
Event Coordination
Manage bookings and set up lounge configurations for meetings and events.
Coordinate with vendors and building staff for event support (catering, AV, security).
Assist in event execution, including setup, timeline management, and front-of-house services.
Maintain records of bookings and event feedback.
Marketing & Community Engagement
Promote the lounge's amenities, events, and club memberships to tenants and potential members via social media, email, signage, or building newsletters.
Develop and implement tenant engagement initiatives.
Proactively seek new event bookings and foster relationships with potential clients.
Administrative Support
Minimal tracking of inventory and recording of invoices
Ensure compliance with all building policies and safety regulations.
