We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support our team in managing dealer orders, specifically within the windows and doors category. This position plays a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring all specifications are correct before processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate dealer-submitted orders, confirming product details such as SKUs, measurements, and pricing.
• Resolve discrepancies or missing information prior to order processing.
• Serve as the main point of contact for dealers, providing updates and support throughout the order process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are accurate and issues are escalated appropriately.
• Keep thorough documentation of all project-related communications and order details.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a detail-oriented, customer service role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings to ensure order requirements are met.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using order entry or CRM systems.
• Prior experience in the windows and doors industry is a plus, but not required.
• Availability to work either 7:30-4:30 or 8:00-5:00, depending on business needs.
