Must-have

• 10+ years of experience working with federal/provincial/broader public-sector healthcare providers.
• 5+ years proven experience as a Program Manager or other Managerial position
• In-depth knowledge of OPS TB/MBC and SPP processes, from inception to finish.
• In-depth knowledge to prepare Request for Bids (RFB) document and to develop business and technical requirements.
• Knowledge and experience with OPS justice-related projects.
• Experience with OPS architecture gating process. In-depth knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
