Eastside Dodge is Hiring an experienced and reliable Parts & Accessory Specialist to join their team!

Are you passionate about automotive parts and accessories? Do you enjoy helping customers find the right fit for their vehicle while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Parts & Accessory Specialist with at least one year of experience to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and sales
• Source and order parts and accessories promptly and accurately
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
• Upsell accessories and parts to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments for seamless operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service – in person, over the phone, and online

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of parts accessory experience
• Strong product knowledge and a customer-first attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using parts catalog systems and inventory software
• Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
