- Support administrative functions across multiple departments, including:
- Logistics (primary focus)
- General office operations
- Human resources
- Health and safety
- Accounting
- Special events
- Assist with end-to-end handling of small package shipments (UPS, Purolator, DHL, etc.)
- Provide backup support to the logistics department as needed
- Front desk reception duties
- Entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within logistics
- 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Proven ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of personal responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
