Apprentice Carpenter – Full-Time

Location: Scarborough, Ontario

We are a residential renovation and construction company based in Scarborough, Ontario, and we are currently hiring full-time Apprentice Carpenters. Our work ranges from framing and drywall to flooring, trim, and finish carpentry. With a focus on craftsmanship, safety, and reliability, we bring experience and attention to detail to every project.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with framing, drywall, trim work, flooring, and general renovations

• Learn to interpret blueprints and follow building plans

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Follow workplace safety procedures and building codes

• Load/unload materials, clean up job sites, and maintain a safe, organized work area

• Lift heavy loads

• Take direction from supervisors and contribute to a team environment

Qualifications

• Completion of a college-level course in Carpentry Techniques (or currently enrolled)

• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied weather

• Familiarity with basic tools and measurement practices is an asset

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Driver's license and access to transportation is an asset
