Equation Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a very busy and well-established client in Edmonton, AB. We are looking for a skilled and motivated 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice to join their growing team.
This role involves hands-on service and maintenance work on both commercial and residential plumbing, heating, and cooling systems. If you're passionate about the trades and ready to take the next step in your apprenticeship, we want to hear from you.
Wage Range (Depending on Experience and Apprentice Year):

• 2nd Year: $22.80 – $24.00 / hr
• 3rd Year: $26.60 – $28.00 / hr
• 4th Year: $30.40 – $32.00 / hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Assist with renovations and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues.
• Work independently and as part of a team on both commercial and residential job sites.

Qualifications:

• Registered as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year apprentice plumber in Alberta.
• Prior experience in service work, repairs, and renovations is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
