Your Role & Responsibilities
Athlete Assessments & Program Design
Conduct thorough intake evaluations on youth, adult, and team athletes. Create and implement customized strength, power, speed, and conditioning programs aligned with their goals and sports.
Technique Coaching & Player Education
Deliver high-energy, hands-on coaching to athletes ranging from ages 8 to 30, including youth, varsity, and elite-level performers.
Demonstrate proper biomechanics, lifting technique, and corrective exercises, ensuring each athlete moves with purpose and precision.
Progress Tracking & Athlete Communication
Maintain documentation on clients' improvements.
Foster a Pro-Level Environment
Contribute to our high-energy, athlete-first culture.
Who You'll Work With
You'll coach a diverse roster of athletes, both individuals and teams; from sports like hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball, rugby, skiing, dance, and figure skating. From elite youth players to NCAA, OHL, and pro-level athletes, you'll help them perform at their best and stay game-ready year-round.

Required:
Valid Strength & Conditioning certification (CSCS, NSCA‐CPT, CATA ATC preferred).
Malpractice insurance, First Aid, CPR and AED certification
1+ years of relevant training or coaching experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Collaborative, coachable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
Must be available for a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends).
