We're hiring 1 experienced and reliable Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Ambassadors during Hero Cosmetics' dynamic guerilla-style sampling campaign across Toronto this summer. If you're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves skincare, this is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth on-site execution

• Driving and managing a branded panel van (G class license required)

• Coordinating product inventory, distribution, and replenishment

• Leading setup and takedown at each activation

• Managing and motivating a team of 5 Brand Ambassadors

• Acting as the main point of contact between staff and the client/event manager

• Ensuring key brand messaging is consistently delivered

• Troubleshooting any on-site issues with professionalism and urgency

• Capturing basic reports, recaps, and photo documentation after each shift

Who We're Looking For:

• Must be 25+ with a valid G license and clean driving record (comfortable driving in Toronto)

• Previous experience leading promotional/event teams is required

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended hours

• Full availability for all activation dates is mandatory

• Skincare knowledge or passion is a plus!
