- Skilled in minor repairs/renovations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems such as: heating; HVAC control systems, air conditioning, security systems, fire panel systems, etc.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment required for the upkeep and maintenance of Agency buildings and grounds
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and basic computer skills required
- Must be willing to travel, as required, to other sites in the region and work some flexible hours.
- Must possess a High School Diploma with four years of experience in a maintenance position or related experience.
- Experience in Facilities Maintenance, HVAC control systems and property maintenance/property management preferred
- Certified Health & Safety representative.
- Must possess a valid Class G Ontario Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle with OPCF6A Insurance endorsement and minimum of $1000 000.00 Liability.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Internal Records Check and Driver's Abstract.
