We're seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives that elevate the overall user experience across our platform. As part of an enablement squad focused on UX and Design, you'll drive cross-cutting improvements to usability, visual consistency, and interaction patterns, enabling our product teams to build more cohesive and intuitive experiences at scale. This will start with the evolution and adoption of our design system and a UI refresh across the platform. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Staff Product Designer and cross-functional teams to deliver a robust design system that supports our product teams in building high-quality user experiences more efficiently. You'll combine strong execution skills with technical fluency and an aptitude for change management to champion design system adoption across the organization.
This role is ideal for a product manager with intermediate experience who brings a high degree of influence and a track record of driving organizational change. You don't need to be an expert in every area of product management, but you should thrive in cross-functional environments and be excited to own an internal-facing product that has high leverage across our platform.

As a Product Manager, you will:
- Lead Execution & Delivery: Own the roadmap and backlog for the design system, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability.
- Contribute to the Future of our UX: Partner with our Staff Product Designer to contribute to the strategy for the design system, focusing on platform-wide UX consistency and efficient team workflows.
- Drive Adoption & Evangelization: Work across Product, Engineering, and Design to promote the design system's value, ensure successful adoption, and identify high-leverage integration points across product teams.
- Monitor Success & Improve: Define and track adoption and effectiveness metrics; continuously iterate based on feedback and platform needs.
- Enable Through Documentation & Process: Develop and maintain resources that support internal users, ensuring that designers and developers can confidently use and contribute to the system.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to execute in complex, cross-functional environments
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies, component libraries, design tokens, and accessibility (AODA or similar)
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder priorities
- Excellent communication and influence skills; capable of aligning diverse internal teams and building momentum for change
- A systems thinker who thrives in internal-platform contexts and can anticipate the downstream impacts of decisions
- Passionate about high-quality UX and the processes that enable it
Compensation Our base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 - $150,000 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
