Company Overview:
We are a Toronto-based welding company specializing in fabrication and repair work for the waste management industry. Our focus includes welding and refurbishing garbage bins and other related equipment.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking reliable and skilled TIG Welders with approximately one year of hands-on experience. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working in waste management or with waste handling equipment, particularly garbage bins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various metal components

• Repair and fabricate garbage bins and related waste management equipment

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the welding process

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience

• Experience with waste management equipment or garbage bin welding is preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
