We are currently seeking an experienced, polished, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned individual that's self-motivated with a strong background in hospitality, events, or corporate sales who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a strategic and results-driven sales plan aligned with annual targets
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective and returning clients across social and corporate markets
Prepare and present weekly sales reports and updates to leadership
Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after events to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
Manage leads, communications, and follow-ups through CRM systems
Maximize revenue opportunities by managing booking calendars efficiently
Collaborate with clients to develop event plans, pricing, and proposals in line with business goals
Ensure timely contract execution and payment collection
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (culinary, operations, coordination)
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and business development
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales strategies and client engagement processes
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years in event sales, venue management, or hospitality sales
Demonstrated success in closing high-value bookings and building lasting client relationships
Experience in both inbound and outbound sales, including cold calling and prospecting
Strong knowledge of event planning, food & beverage operations, and hospitality best practices
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Highly organized, proactive, and skilled in multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished presentation style
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Willingness to attend off-site networking and industry events as required
