Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including online research, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in Salesforce.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in maintaining pricing lists, promotional documents, and distributor data.
- Assist in the tracking of sales team expenses
- Support customer service in processing sales orders and input customer information accurately in the system as needed
- Research and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Industry directories).
- Qualify incoming inquiries and assess potential fit for UCAN products.
- Maintain and grow a database of prospects using CRM tools (e.g., customer data, lead status, next steps)).
- Coordinate introductory calls and meetings for the outside sales team.
- Provide product information, pricing, and support to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers.
- Build rapport and trust with decision-makers and influencers.
- Track interactions and feedback in CRM to ensure proper follow-up and pipeline health.
- Monitor industry trends, construction projects, and competitor activity.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to support strategy development.
- Assist in maintaining pricing lists, promotional documents, and distributor data.
- Assist in the tracking of sales team expenses.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in the construction or industrial products sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fastening products or construction industry is a strong asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
