This Aggregate Territory Manager, Northern BC, entails providing information about the Aggregate products and services of the company to customers to increase sales and to develop or maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

The Territory for this position will be Northern B.C. which includes West from Prince George to Prince Rupert, North of Prince George to Dawson Creek, Fort St John, Fort Nelson and around to Dease Lake and South of Prince George to Williams Lake. Other areas within the region can be discussed with Aggregate manager.

The Territory Manager works closely with the Crushing Division Manager to develop sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets.

  • Tech savvy. You will be comfortable with learning new software and you'll also have the ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding equipment.
  • Diligence. We have adopted best practices when developing our systems and procedures and you'll become a champion for consistently staying in the lines. This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring your follow-up, and you are a stickler for accuracy.
  • Road Warrior. You understand the importance of being present and visible in your territory. From March to October, you'll be on the road one week per month, meeting face-to-face with customers, building relationships, and gaining firsthand insight into their operations and equipment needs.
